Students experience a digital form of lecturing where their friends and teachers are far away and there is no physical contact among them.  I don't think that you would have enough time or patience to read this; because we all are busy with the world of reels, like ,and shares. Am writting this post to people who have time to invest on themselves.

HAVE A BREAK.....OR ATLEAST A PAUSE..

Break, not in the sense that you will off your cellphone while eating food or engaging activities, but the saddest part is that there are still lots of people who carry their phone to bathrooms and dinning table, this all indicate that they are indirectly so much addicted to world of technology.

In order to check your level of usage on phone just go to settings and check your screentime, Am pretty sure that some of will get shocked while realising the fact. We may be thinking that am just scrolling through Facebook or instagram and how does it take so much of my time. But the fact is you may took your phone for 5 minutes but it take away you 5 hrs..Have you ever realize that its having an amazing ability to make us stick on to it. Now a days verstile features are available in it which make it much easier.

 Actually while we are using phone for long time, and the one on the other side are actually studying us like what kind of apps we are using most, which kind of videos do we like to watch more and by collecting these information it enable them to create apps which is more user-friendly and make us to spend much time to it without feeling any kind of hesitationn. 
 
Have you ever realise about the kind of eagerness that we are having when we hear a notification tune from our phone , we are so impatient to check out who has texted it what will be the content of the message etc.. Literally we are indirectly under the control of technology and we are being programmed, the goal of the programming was to maximize "time on devise".

Am not gone to say that quit social media because , this is a world of technology and we all are in need of it , but the main thought that I would like to share is that we must have a realization and controll of ourself while using these platforms, if you know the fact that you are spending nearly 9 hrs on your phone and still have no problems for it , its absolutely oke, if you have no problem with the way you spend your valuable time then who else has.. But you must have a self thought that whether you are controlling social media or vice versa. There is nothing more gone to happen if you uninstall your Facebook book or insta account for one week. The company will still run smoothly, there are lakhs of people who install these apps at the time were you uninstall it. 

Am also a normal person who use social media but am actually striving to control its usage by taking small break from it when I realize the fact that am using it too much, and thats what I really want to convey you...Have courage and will power to take breaks , once you did it you start experiencing a different version of yourself.. social media is like salt in our food because it place an inevitable role in our life but we are suppose to use it carefully because if we added too much salt in our dish it makes it non - tasty similarly over usage of social media is also hazardous...
